The Early Childhood program provides a structured, language-rich environment to support the development of young children.  The program consists of storytime, student-directed play time, teacher directed learning tasks, snack time, outdoor play, and sensory/motor activities.  The Early Childhood program provides services to children between the ages of 3 and 6.

Children must be evaluated and meet certain qualifications to enroll in the Early Childhood program.  Children demonstrating developmental delays in the following areas, may meet qualifications: Communication skills, Motor skills, Adaptive skills, Social skills and/or Cognitive skills.

Children enrolled in the Early Childhood program will receive individualized instruction in a one on one or small group setting.  All Early Childhood students have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) with goals specific to the students’ needs.  Children who meet certain qualifications may also receive therapy services from a Speech and Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist.
